Customer Data Platform Product Manager

Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time Customer Data Platform Product Manager will manage the prioritization of the product roadmap and drive the adoption of CDP capabilities to enhance marketing and customer experiences across digital channels.
Key responsibilities:

Own and refine the intake and governance process for Martech and Loyalty requests related to the Customer Data Platform
Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to drive the CDP roadmap and manage the use case backlog for faster market initiatives
Coordinate with technical teams on the development of CDP capabilities and ensure alignment across marketing, loyalty, and analytics teams

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5-10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with Martech platforms and customer data platforms
Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and knowledge of data modeling and segmentation
Ability to assess customer problems and implement end-to-end solutions using Martech capabilities
Experience operating in a highly matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
