Video/Content Production Specialist - University of Miami

The University of Miami has entered a long-term partnership with Legends to oversee athletics, ticket sales, customer service, annual fund solicitation/engagement, ticket operations, digital marketing, corporate partnerships, and multi-media rights opportunities. In addition, Legends will represent the University in developing campus-wide strategic partnerships. As the exclusive partner for Miami Athletics, Legends will engage Hurricanes fans and donors, local and regional South Florida businesses, and national brands with unique and integrated sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality options.

THE ROLE
As the Video/Content Production Specialist, you will produce, capture, and edit long and short-form video content for our Partnerships, Sales, Service, Engagement, and Consumer Marketing teams at the University of Miami Athletics. Final deliverables will be used for TV, radio, social and other online communications. Must be flexible in a fast-paced work environment. Must be comfortable with shooting, editing, audio, and lighting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor ’s degree in a video-related field and a minimum of 3-5 years working experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Experience with production workflow for video and digital communications.

Strong storytelling skills.

Experience operating and maintaining professional digital video and audio equipment including Cinema, DSLR and mirrorless camera systems (i.e., Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic).

Proficiency in digital editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Avid Media Composer, Davinci Resolve, Media Encoder).

Knowledge of After Effects a plus.

Experience in manually color-grading video.

Knowledge of basic lighting setup and audio capture.

Knowledge of managing, organizing, labeling, and uploading assets from shoots.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with some graphic design experience is preferred.
