Breezemont Day Camp - Lifeguard
Ideal Candidate: Previously lifeguard experience is not required but helpful. Staff who love the water, are strong swimmers, and want to help teach campers aged 3‑13 to become more confident in the water. Lifeguard training is paid for and provided by Breezemont.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Ensure the safety and well‑being of campers at all times in and out of the water.

Engagement: Actively participate in all water activities.

Leadership: Serve as a positive role model, displaying enthusiasm, empathy, and responsibility.

Support: Assist campers in developing swimming skills, confidence, and independence.

Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members and supervisors to provide a seamless and fun camp experience.

Communication: Maintain open communication with camp leadership and parents regarding camper progress and concerns when needed.

Safety: Enforce all camp rules and ensure proper use of equipment and facilities.
