To support the operational execution of KOL programs and events, the full-time remote Administrative & Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage contracts, invoicing, event logistics, and content coordination while ensuring timely project completion from Mexico.
Key responsibilities
Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking for KOL engagements
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and communications while managing workflows within Asana
Build and maintain weekly reporting for KOL, webinar, referral, and event performance
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or marketing operations
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience managing multiple projects and tracking systems simultaneously
Familiarity with contract management platforms such as DocuSign
Strong written communication skills
