About The Role
We are actively looking for a passionate, experienced Creative Strategist to help build the foundation of the Creative Studio team within Uber Advertising.

What You’ll Do

Create strategic, big picture partnership opportunities to present to key accounts and agency partners.

Lead with insights—to highlight actionable data in our proposals.

Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, and audiences.

Present concepts to clients (and internal teams) with poise and offering strategic solutions.

Build case studies, best practices and champion advertiser success across the Uber platform.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional work experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, AdTech, Marketing, Technology or similar.

Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is excited about forging new paths within partnership teams.

Be able to work cross‑functionally with many other roles and stakeholders in the company.

Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.

Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for creativity, technology, and advertising.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning.

Compensation & Benefits
For New York, NY-based roles: Base salary range USD$132,000 per year - USD$147,000 per year. Eligible for Uber’s bonus program, equity awards, and other types of compensation.
