UX Designer

Join our team as a UX Designer where you will contribute to designing and developing internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing software. This role involves creating advanced technological solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in UX Design, preferably with AI.
5 years of experience in UX, UI, and Figma.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
Experience in professional UI development.
Experience with data-driven UI development.
10 years of experience required.
Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Engage with the business development team to understand customers' business problems and goals.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models.
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
