Position Overview
J&G Homes Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content & Brand Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative capabilities with analytical thinking and a solid understanding of residential construction and customer-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Execution

Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

Develop clear and compelling calls‑to‑action to support lead generation and conversion

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Support the development and execution of a consistent and cohesive brand strategy

Ensure all marketing materials align with J&G Homes’ brand standards and positioning

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement

Monitor trends and recommend innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for new developments, promotions, and company initiatives

Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels

Market Research & Insights

Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning

Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness

Design & Visual Content

Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to produce high-quality visual content

Utilize design tools and emerging technologies (including AI tools where appropriate) to enhance content quality

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track, analyze, and report on marketing and content performance

Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, construction, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and compelling representation of projects and offerings

Support alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives

Develop strategies to engage prospective and current clients

Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve brand perception and customer experience

Brand Governance

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials

Qualifications & Experience

Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand management

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and design tools

Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation
$55,000 – $65,000 per year + performance-based bonus
