Specialist Brand & Trade Marketing

Henkel is looking for a Specialist Brand & Trade Marketing to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

What You’ll Do

Design development in collaboration with advertising agencies for:

Product packaging

Marketing materials (including printed materials, catalogs, banners)

Retail equipment (stands, display units, shop-in-shop solutions)

Demo tools and other promotional materials

Branded Merchandise:

Work with advertising agencies to select branded merchandise (e.g., caps, T-shirts, vests, uniforms, pens, notebooks)

Place orders and monitor execution and production to ensure timely delivery

Retail Equipment:

Work with advertising agencies to select retail equipment (stands, display units, pallets, shop-in-shop solutions)

Place orders and monitor execution and production within established deadlines

Demo Tools

Work with advertising agencies to select demo tools (e.g., key displays, grout sample boards)

Place orders and monitor execution and production within established deadlines

Promotional Activities

Prepare and maintain the promotional activities calendar

Calculate and plan promotional campaigns (in coordination with the sales team and based on agreed objectives)

Monitor implementation and analyze promotional campaign effectiveness

Price Lists: prepare and update price lists

Manage new product introductions and product discontinuations

Digital:

Manage website content and updates

Develop and execute a Social Media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook)

Work with internal Henkel systems and resources (PIM, DAM)

DIY Opinion Leaders / Influencers:

Manage and maintain the database of opinion leaders (builders, contractor teams)

Communicate with opinion leaders

Develop engagement plans and manage related content

Internal Documentation and Workflow

Work with SAP (creation and closure of Purchase Orders)

Prepare and execute internal memos and service notes.

What Makes You a Good Fit

Bachelor's degree (preferable marketing)

> 3 years (work experience in international companies is preferable)

High analytical skills (big data analysis)

High presentation skills

MS office (excel, PowerPoint) expert

Еnglish, upper intermediate level (B2)
