Release Communications Manager

We're looking for a boundary-pushing Release Communications Manager who reimagines how product stories are brought to market. This person goes beyond launch emails and release notes to create experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. Equal parts storyteller and innovator, they uncover the value behind every release and transform product updates into compelling narratives customers and sellers remember.
Job Description Summary

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.
Essential Functions

May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.
Work/Domicile Location

This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
