Position Summary
Under the direction of the practice administrator, the Marketing Coordinator role establishes and maintains excellent relationships with referring providers, patients, and the community on behalf of Everett Bone and Joint. This role must have superb communication and social networking skills. They are responsible for managing business partnerships with referral sources and executing marketing tasks on behalf of the clinic.

Schedule
This position is working 32 hours/week with flexible working hours. Hours must be worked within the Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm work hours. This is a Hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days on‑site at the clinic and the rest from home.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

Educate patients, referring providers and other referral sources on the services and amenities provided at the hiring clinic and/or surgery center

Travel the surrounding clinic or surgery center geographic area to perform referring clinic drop‑ins, schedule meetings and develop contacts and referral sources

Obtain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's markets including key referral sources and patients

Identify opportunities for partnering and growth

Maintain contact with referring clinics by phone and email

Report clinical outreach efforts to practice administrator and physicians

Build brand awareness throughout the community; attend and participate in community events

Survey referral sources to identify procedural issues that inhibit referrals

Create and implement print and digital advertising campaigns

Manage the practice's online reputation on Google, Healthgrades, Vitals, Yelp and other review sites

Monitor and manage the practice's SEO campaign alongside digital marketing agency; edit and write educational blog posts and website content

Collaborate closely with the Proliance marketing team

Facilitate development, design and ongoing maintenance of the website

Work with new and incoming physicians to create an effective marketing plan that will assist in the growth of their practice

Assist in the creation of print advertisements

Regularly post engaging content for all social media platforms owned by the hiring clinic and/or surgery center, including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Design, order and distribute marketing materials on behalf of the practice

Work with videography team to create compelling and informative videos

Analyze patient satisfaction scores through internal survey platform; take action as needed

Compose annual marketing plan and budget

Manage philanthropic giving and sponsorships

Order uniforms, name tags and badges for employees

Open mail and disperse packages daily

Assist HR department in posting and removing job descriptions to the Proliance website

Lead the Event Committee with the purpose of boosting employee morale; plan office events and employee appreciation activities, organize donation drives, disburse birthday gifts and discover new ways to create a positive office environment

Assist administrator in other duties as requested

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field preferred.

Minimum 1 year of marketing, sales or account development experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff.

Computer savvy

Superior oral and written communication skills

Must be able to organize work and establish procedures

Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language

Must be skilled in computer/keyboard functions

Adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)

Self‑motivated; able to work independently
