HME Companies is seeking a strategic, hands-on Creative Marketing Manager to own and elevate the visual identity, storytelling, and brand experience across a growing portfolio of organizations, including Peaceful Pines Senior Living and HME Care.

This is a high-impact role that ideal for a creative leader who thrives both concepting big ideas and executing them personally. You will serve as the brand steward and primary creative force, shaping how our communities, residents, and teams are experienced across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own:

Creative Direction & Brand Leadership

Serve as the primary owner of creative direction across multiple brands and communities

Define, evolve, and enforce visual identity, tone, and brand standards

Lead concept development for campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and key organizational priorities

Provide creative guidance and quality control across all outputs

Hands‑On Design & Content Creation (core focus)

Personally design and produce high-quality assets, including:

Sales and marketing collateral

Digital and social assets

Campaign creative

Environmental and community signage

Ensure all materials are on‑brand, high‑quality, and aligned to business objectives

Support and execute photography, video, and multimedia storytelling

Campaign Development & Performance

Partner with marketing and leadership to develop integrated campaigns that drive Brand awareness and Occupancy & Lead generation

Translate strategy into compelling creative execution

Continuously evaluate and optimize creative based on performance and engagement

Project & Workflow Management

Manage multiple projects across brands with clear prioritization and deadlines

Establish efficient creative workflows, timelines, and approval processes

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (printers, media, freelancers)

High‑quality, on‑time delivery of creative across multiple concurrent initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

3-5+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand design, or related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and execution

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; Premiere/After Effects a plus)

Proven ability to both think strategically about brand and campaigns and execute high‑quality design work independently

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Passion for storytelling, brand building, and human‑centered marketing

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed

Nice to Have:

Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or other service‑driven industries

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or similar

Photography, videography, or multimedia production experience

Familiarity with work management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

Experience working with external vendors and creative partners
