This is a hands-on creator role. You are an active UGC creator who also runs our affiliate program. You live on TikTok, you make content yourself, and you can teach others to do the same. You are both the example and the coach: producing UGC for our brands, and leading the community of creators who sell their product.
What you'll own:
Create UGC yourself for our brands: hooks, demos, and short-form video that sells, filmed and edited by you
Stay on top of TikTok trends and market shifts, and translate them into what our brands and affiliates should be doing right now
Coach affiliates on the mechanics of content that converts: hooks, pain points, and a clear call to action. Many of our affiliates are new to social commerce, so this is hands-on teaching, often using your own content as the template
Lead and grow our affiliate community in Discord ('Camp Scouts'), including running challenges and monetary incentives that keep affiliates engaged and producing
Build and maintain a vetted affiliate network across all of our brands, and deploy products to them through Discord
Connect each brand's values and aesthetic to the right product and the right content, backed by data
What success looks like:
A steady stream of your own high-performing UGC that doubles as the playbook for affiliates
An active, engaged affiliate community that consistently produces on-brand content
Growing affiliate-driven GMV across our brands
A vetted roster of affiliates we can deploy products to on demand
What we're looking for:
An active UGC creator with a portfolio of content you've personally filmed and edited
Comfortable on camera and behind it; you can produce sellable short-form video on your own
A true social media native who lives on TikTok and understands virality from the inside
A strong coach and communicator who can level up creators new to the craft
Community-management instincts and the energy to keep a Discord alive
Nice to have:
A following or a track record of content that has gone viral or driven sales
Affiliate, influencer, or creator-marketing experience (we will train you on our affiliate playbook)
Experience running incentives, contests, or community programs
