Technical Writer I

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Writer I will produce high-quality documentation for software products, including web-based and print materials, while managing multiple projects and collaborating with development teams.
Key Responsibilities

Produces outstanding documentation following existing style and formatting guidelines for both web and print
Ensures consistency in documentation and communications
Collaborates with the software development team to ensure features are documented properly

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field desired
Minimum of two years of technical writing experience or producing similar documentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word
Working knowledge of HTML and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop required
Knowledge of Adobe RoboHelp is a plus
