We're seeking a talented and visually driven Art Director to join a collaborative creative team focused on delivering high-impact content across digital, print, video, and internal communication channels.

What You'll Do
🎨 Lead the visual aesthetic and creative direction for a variety of projects
🎨 Develop compelling creative concepts and campaign assets
🎨 Create sophisticated designs across digital, print, and internal communications
🎨 Collaborate with video producers, image producers, and cross-functional teams
🎨 Drive projects from concept through execution while maintaining brand consistency
🎨 Develop fresh visual approaches and enhance existing creative content
🎨 Present ideas and influence stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
Qualifications
âś” 5+ years of Art Director, Senior Art Director, or related creative experience
âś” Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and visual design work
âś” Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
âś” Experience leading creative projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
âś” Strong visual design skills and a refined creative aesthetic
âś” Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
âž• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or other regulated industries
âž• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory design guidelines
âž• Experience working with video, digital content, and campaign development
