About This Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who is goal‑driven, fast‑paced, and highly client‑service oriented. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, leverage all of iHeart’s platforms, and exceed client expectations.
What You’ll Do
Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
What You’ll Need
Self‑motivated with excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Organizational and prioritization skills to manage day‑to‑day tasks.
Nice‑to‑have: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns; analytics experience; iHeart and/or audio advertising background; strong market connections.
