Senior Salesforce CX Architect

Location: Remote/Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CX Architect to lead the assessment, governance, and evolution of a global Salesforce Customer Experience (CX) platform as part of a strategic Oracle CX to Salesforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
* Define scalable architecture, governance, and managed services best practices.
* Review integrations, security, data models, and customizations to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive platform modernization and operational excellence.
* Lead architecture reviews, knowledge transfer, and support transition initiatives.

Required Skills:
* 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
* Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
* Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations, managed services, ITIL, and architecture governance.
* Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Preferred:
* Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certification.
* Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, Agentforce, and Oracle CX migration projects.
