Fiberglass Production Technicians / General Labor Associates

for a growing

automotive manufacturing facility . This role supports the production of

fiberglass automotive components

through hands-on fabrication, finishing, and material handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As a

Production Technician / General Labor Associate , you will:
Assist with

fiberglass manufacturing processes , including preparation and handling of materials

Perform

assembly, trimming, sanding, and finishing of automotive parts

Load and unload

fiberglass components

throughout production

Conduct

basic quality inspections

to ensure product standards are met

Follow

safety procedures and PPE requirements

in a manufacturing environment

Maintain a

clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Support additional

general labor and production tasks

as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in

manufacturing, production, fiberglass, or general labor

preferred

Ability to work

night shift schedules (10-hour or 12-hour shifts)

Comfortable with

physical work, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Strong attention to

detail and quality control

Ability to follow

safety standards and production instructions

Pay Details:

$26.00 to $33.00 per hour
