The Bay Pines VA is seeking a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting at the Lee County VA Healthcare Center in Cape Coral, FL, and the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. This role offers a balanced mix of clinical care, outpatient procedures, and surgical services while serving our nation’s veterans.
Position Highlights:

No fellowship required (fellowship training welcomed)

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage disorders of the ears, nose, sinuses, larynx, mouth, throat, and related head and neck structures
Provide a full range of general otolaryngology medical, procedural, and surgical care to adult patients
Perform outpatient procedures and surgeries as clinically indicated
Participate in resident and medical student education, including conferences and training activities
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Participate in hospital committees, peer review, and performance improvement programs
Complete timely and accurate documentation and coding in accordance with guidelines
Contribute to inpatient care activities, including discharge planning when needed
Respond promptly to patient care needs and clinical communications
Attend required meetings, committees, and assigned initiatives
Support research, education, and emergency preparedness efforts
