Marketing Coordinator
Carlile Transportation is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing creativity with execution while supporting a diverse range of marketing initiatives across transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain services.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening the Carlile brand, supporting sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and traditional marketing channels.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, and print channels

Assist with content development for websites, newsletters, social media, customer communications, and promotional materials

Manage and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Leadership teams

Coordinate trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities

Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation activities

Support brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Assist with photography, video, and visual content coordination

Maintain marketing assets, collateral, presentations, and digital libraries

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

Assist with vendor management, budgeting, and project coordination

What You're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field

13 years of marketing, communications, or related experience

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media management platforms

Experience with website content management systems (CMS)

Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms

Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Experience in transportation, logistics, maritime, or B2B marketing

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy

Compensation
Competitive base annual salary range: $59,200 $91,700, depending on experience and qualifications.
