Guide for families and older adults

– Help older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.

Team player

– Generate referral leads by working with local professionals and volunteers.

Partner

– Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

Support for Sales Associates

3‑week onboarding and orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, coaching with the District Director, monthly continuing education, and customized marketing tools.

Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support professional sales and leadership skills development.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

Valid driver’s license.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.

Tuition reimbursement

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
