Relationship Manager II - Healthcare Banking (Colorado)

Position Overview

Relationship Manager II – Healthcare Banking, Denver, CO. The role coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share, focusing on client engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities

Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and financial well‑being.
Increase client engagement and loyalty through customized solutions.
Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, including community and industry partners.
Present the full range of PNC products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
Collaborate with internal business partners to implement client solutions.
Execute contact management strategy using available tools and resources.
Regularly meet with business partners to review results and pipeline management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
5+ years of industry‑relevant experience in financial services.
Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
Strong client relationship building, customer engagement, and decision‑making skills.
Effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and critical thinking.
Understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions.
Ability to assess and manage risk in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools.
Military service experience is considered equivalent background.
Salary

Base Salary: $100,100.00 – $185,900.00. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
