Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional

to guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the

Greenville, NC area.

There is regular travel involved in the position up to 1.5 hours in the general area to meet the needs of our clients.

As the Program Supervisor you would oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, hybrid

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA

Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;

Have a valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.

Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
