Looking for a fast‑paced, flexible income opportunity? Virtuance is seeking photography partners to join our real estate photography team as independent contractors. You can create your own schedule, work independently, and leverage our marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, and client communication support.

Responsibilities
As a Virtuance Photography Partner, you will: capture high‑quality ground and aerial photographs for residential and commercial clients, maintain equipment, travel to shoots, and adhere to scheduling and quality standards. You will also collaborate with the Virtuance team to deliver exceptional visual content.

Qualifications

Meet all equipment requirements below

Hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License

Provide proof of limited liability insurance with a minimum of $1 million coverage

Commit to excellent customer service

Available at least 2 days per week (Monday–Friday)

Reliable internet connection

Own a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between shoots

Excited to join a network of leading real‑estate professionals

Equipment Requirements

Digital SLR body capable of bracketing 5+ images in AEB mode

Wide‑angle lens only (no prime lenses)

Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3/4, Inspire 1, S900 or better capable of 5‑image bracketing (no GoPro)

Sturdy tripod

Ball head

Laptop with Windows 32‑bit, Windows 64‑bit, or Mac OS X

Theta Z1 camera

Smartphone – iPhone 13 or newer, or Android

Compensation
Competitive pay on a per‑job basis: between $40 and $250+ per assignment, split by ground and aerial products. Specific rates will be provided upon acceptance.

Certification Requirements
Demonstrate real‑estate photography competency by completing Virtuance’s online certification course and passing a test photoshoot.
