Responsibilities

Manage exhibit space sales and support overall revenue goals for large-scale event
Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors throughout the full event lifecycle
Guide clients through onboarding, key deadlines, logistics, and event resources
Partner with internal teams to design and optimize event floorplans and exhibitor placement
Maintain accurate sales records, exhibitor data, and reporting dashboard
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective exhibitors
Assist with exhibitor communications, service materials, and event preparation resources
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve exhibitor needs and ensure a seamless experience
Support onsite event execution, including exhibitor check-in, troubleshooting, and logistics coordination
Track performance metrics and provide reporting on sales activity and event outcome
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in event sales, trade show management, or exhibit operations
Proven ability to manage B2B sales and client relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience working with event floorplans, CRM systems, or event management platforms preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating with vendors and external partners is a plus
Willingness to travel for events and support onsite execution as needed
