Driving client performance across a defined portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Client Performance will manage operational execution, ensure alignment with client expectations, and oversee financial outcomes while leading cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and streamline onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
Own performance metrics across assigned clients, including throughput, cycle time, quality, and revenue outcomes
Lead operational onboarding for new clients and define success metrics to stabilize performance
Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to resolve high-priority client issues impacting satisfaction and revenue
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on denials operations
Proven ability to manage client performance and lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of payer dynamics and operational KPIs
