Train, and lead a Commercial Roofing sales team

Develop new business and build customer relationships

Lead by example through personal production

Coach and mentor team members

Help grow and expand your branch

We're Looking For

Proven outside sales experience

Leadership or management experience a must

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented and competitive
