The Role
This is a senior origination and execution role. You’ll lead client relationships, drive new business development within the FinTech sector, and oversee transaction delivery across M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates.
- Lead origination and coverage of FinTech clients across payments, lending, wealthtech, insurtech, banking infrastructure, and adjacent sectors
- Execute M&A, sell-side, buy-side, and capital markets transactions end-to-end
- Build and maintain relationships with financial sponsors, strategic acquirers, and founder-led businesses
- Represent the firm at senior client and industry levels
- Mentor and develop junior deal team members
Responsibilities
