Responsibilities
- Support and lead several high-impact enterprise Marketing Technology initiatives for the Client Data Cloud team
- Lead the architectural migration from MCAE (Pardot) to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced (MCA)
- Architect and deploy Agentforce / Customer Engagement Agent functionalities to optimize automated customer interactions
- Oversee the structural build and deployment of the Privacy Center and Consent Hub framework
- Execute hands‑on configurations for MCAE connectors, Salesforce Flows, and Data Cloud unified profiles
- Design and optimize enterprise marketing Journeys utilizing the MCA campaign canvas
- Connect and leverage B2B intent data platforms, specifically 6sense, to drive targeted engagement
- Navigate and govern complex configuration dependencies within an enterprise‑scale Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven expertise in Salesforce consent management, Data Cloud mapping, and advanced automation logic
