Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and creative Employer Branding Manager to build our employer brand function from the ground up. In this newly created role, you will design and execute a compelling employer brand strategy that enhances our reputation as an employer of choice and supports our talent acquisition efforts. Partnering closely with Marketing, Communications, and HR, you will shape how we show up at career fairs, on digital platforms, and across employee touchpoints. From banners and career sites to storytelling and content, you'll help define and amplify the employee experience and value proposition at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Content Creation

  • Develop and implement employer brand campaigns that align with talent priorities and organizational goals.
  • Create compelling, authentic content in partnership with Marketing (e.g., employee spotlights, blogs, videos, social media posts) that highlights our culture, DEI efforts, benefits, and career paths.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines for talent-facing content and collateral.
  • Build and manage industry and campus partnerships to expand brand presence.

Employee Advocacy & Internal Engagement

  • Lead initiatives to amplify employee stories and voices through testimonials, video content, and internal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to ensure alignment between internal culture and external messaging.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on key talent platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a social media calendar or potentially own talent acquisition (TA) social channels.
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance using engagement metrics and reporting.

Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

  • Design and deliver marketing strategies tailored to specific hiring needs such as high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support digital advertising efforts including programmatic job ads, retargeting, and talent nurture campaigns.
  • Provide marketing support for recruitment events, campus partnerships, and career fairs (banners, flyers, presentations, etc.).

Data & Insights

  • Track and report on employer brand KPIs including application volume, candidate quality, and satisfaction scores.
  • Benchmark brand perception using review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Comparably) and competitive insights.
  • Leverage research, candidate surveys, and campaign analytics to inform brand strategy and increase ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated success building an employer brand function or campaign strategy from scratch.
  • Strong portfolio of content creation across video, social, and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS tools, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprout, Google Analytics).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and design teams.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and project management skills.
  • Passion for DEI, culture-building, and enhancing the candidate/employee experience.
