Job Overview
The Vice President, Marketing Communications is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing TBIM Digital Technology Company's global marketing communications, brand development, public relations, and market positioning strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee corporate communications, brand management, thought leadership, content strategy, media relations, digital marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
The VP will play a critical role in strengthening TBIM's market visibility, enhancing institutional credibility, and driving awareness of the company's technology solutions, strategic capabilities, and industry leadership.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing communications, fintech, financial services, digital assets, or technology sectors, with a proven track record of building influential brands and executing integrated communications strategies in dynamic global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Brand Strategy
- Define and lead TBIM Digital Technology Company's global marketing communications strategy.
- Strengthen the company's brand positioning within the digital asset, fintech, and financial technology sectors.
- Develop consistent messaging frameworks that communicate the company's vision, value proposition, and market leadership.
- Ensure all communications reinforce trust, credibility, innovation, and professionalism.
Corporate Communications & Public Relations
- Lead corporate communications, media relations, executive communications, and public affairs initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic public relations programs that enhance brand visibility and industry influence.
- Manage relationships with media organizations, industry publications, analysts, and strategic stakeholders.
- Support executive leadership with communication strategies, speaking engagements, and public appearances.
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Position TBIM as a recognized thought leader in cryptocurrency derivatives, digital asset markets, and financial technology innovation.
- Oversee the development of market insights, research publications, white papers, case studies, and executive content.
- Translate complex financial and technological concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Drive content initiatives that strengthen market authority and institutional engagement.
Digital Marketing & Market Engagement
- Lead digital communications strategies across websites, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Develop integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Support product launches, strategic initiatives, and market expansion efforts through targeted communication programs.
- Optimize communication channels to maximize audience reach and impact.
Global Market Positioning & Strategic Growth
- Support the company's expansion across North America and international markets through localized communication strategies.
- Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to strengthen market positioning and competitive differentiation.

Data-Driven Communications & Performance Management
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing communications initiatives.

Qualifications
- 20 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, brand strategy, or related leadership roles within fintech, financial services, technology, or digital asset sectors.
- Proven success building and scaling corporate brands in competitive and rapidly evolving markets.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, financial technology, digital assets, and institutional financial services.
- Experience working with executive leadership, media organizations, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, public relations, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Journalism, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
