Key Responsibilities

  • Excel in short sales cycles, moving from discovery to partnership in a condensed timeframe.
  • Engage directly with business owners and directors in the field to deliver value-based solutions.
  • Operate with a transparent, unlimited commission structure that reflects your performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience and documented history of securing new business.
  • Hunter mentality - driven by new wins and motivated in a high-activity, high-reward environment.
  • Territory management discipline as if it were your own business.
  • Valid driver's license.

What to Expect

  • $75,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in the first year.
  • Realistic OTE of $170,000-$200,000+ with no ceiling; top performers earn ~$400,000 per year.
