What You'll Do
- Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Build relationships with physicians, injectors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medspas
- Conduct product presentations and business reviews
- Coordinate educational events and in-office trainingsIdentify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Partner closely with our clinical education and leadership teams to drive success
- Deliver exceptional customer support before and after the sale
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling within the medical aesthetics industry
- Existing relationships with aesthetic practices preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales and territory development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for aesthetics, education, and helping customers succeed
Compensation & Structure
- Uncapped commission potential
- Top-performing Territory Sales Managers have the potential to generate between $100,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on territory performance
