The Role
Palantir Communications team builds and maintains the organization’s web presence by designing the front‑end of the website, creating content models, integrating marketing software, and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline.
You will work with TypeScript and React to develop core design principles, advise designers and content creators on web, UX, accessibility, and SEO best practices, and build and maintain Next.js microsites from mockups through deployment.
The publication pipeline has strict access and review controls to protect the company, so you must balance security with an elegant user experience.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Palantir.com
Build and ship Next.js microsites, from mock to production
Establish and maintain the design system and shared components
Advise designers and content creators on web, UX, accessibility, and SEO best practices
Work with the Legal team on evolving requirements
Drive traffic with brand campaigns in coordination with the Communications team
Develop, review, and ship within the CI pipeline, maintaining its threat model
Technologies We Use
TypeScript, React, and Next.js for front‑end development
Open‑source and internal tools appropriate to the problem
Fast content delivery and industry‑standard build tooling, including GitHub and CircleCI

What We Require
2+ years of experience with front‑end design
Web fundamentals : accessibility, performance, uptime, SEO
Front‑end proficiency : TypeScript, React, Next.js
Design/visual competence : Figma fluency, ability to translate mocks to production
Salary
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $70,000 – $120,000 per year, plus potential Restricted Stock Units, sign‑on bonus and other incentives. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, experience, skills and other factors.

Work Location
