Overview
Work‑Life Balance is possible with this W2 position. We schedule the jobs, you provide quality craftsmanship and world‑class customer service. Work from home, choosing full‑time or part‑time, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Provide quality craftsmanship in carpentry, tiling, painting, sheetrock, kitchen/bath remodels.

Work at scheduled job sites, typically in temperature‑controlled indoor environments.

Deliver professional customer service, communicate effectively with homeowners, property managers, and team members.

Maintain accurate documentation, invoicing, and inspections.

Qualifications

Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and home inspection experience are a bonus.

Own standard set of tools to perform the above trades.

Own truck or van and current valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Residence within 15 miles of Tarrant County.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong documentation and invoicing skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation
$23–$27 per hour.
