SCCG Management—an award‑winning advisory firm at the intersection of gambling, sports, technology, and entertainment—is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Global Content Manager to lead our digital storytelling across platforms and continents.

In this role, you’ll do more than post content—you’ll be the global voice and lens of the SCCG brand , capturing and shaping narratives as we advise professional sports leagues, top‑tier casino and sportsbook operators, and fast‑growing startups in markets around the world. From tribal Class II gaming and crypto casinos to sports tech and early‑stage ventures, we sit at the center of gaming innovation—and we want you to tell that story on a global stage.

This role involves significant international travel to major conferences and partner events across Africa, Asia, LATAM, Brazil, Canada, Europe, and beyond. You’ll build branded content on‑location—highlighting SCCG’s presence, partnerships, and regional leadership in real time—while also maintaining and scaling our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and our global newsletter campaigns.

We’re looking for someone fluent in the language of innovation and branding—someone who thrives in airports as much as analytics dashboards, and who knows how to turn strategy into content that builds community and drives impact.

Responsibilities

Travel globally to attend industry events, conferences, and activations, creating real‑time content that spotlights SCCG’s regional leadership and partner engagements

Research social media trends, content benchmarks, and audience behavior, especially across SCCG’s global focus regions

Develop and execute a multi‑platform social strategy aligned with SCCG’s business goals and worldwide influence

Set measurable goals per platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, SCCG Newsletter), and track ROI on campaigns and paid media

Publish daily content that captivates—from strategic announcements and client wins to global insights and behind‑the‑scenes coverage

Collaborate with regional directors to feature local success stories, market trends, and unique cultural moments

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content strategy and improve digital conversion

Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and advisory teams to ensure brand alignment

Actively engage followers, respond to inquiries, and grow an engaged global community of gaming and sports professionals

Maintain a high standard of brand aesthetics, tone, and consistency across all content and platforms

Requirements & Skills

3+ years of social media experience, ideally in B2B, sports, gaming, or tech sectors

Proven ability to create impactful written and video content, with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling

Comfort with international travel and a flexible, remote‑first work style across time zones

Strong familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and digital performance tools

Deep knowledge of the gaming, sports betting, or entertainment landscape is highly preferred

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable in fast‑paced, globally connected environments
