Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cocoa Beach, FL, for an In-House Marketing Agent. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, promoting vacation ownership opportunities, scheduling appointments, and delivering key information about Capital Vacations' offerings. The Marketing Agent will collaborate with the sales team to meet lead generation and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
Proven skills in sales, customer service, and lead generation are highly preferred.
Ability to use persuasive techniques while maintaining professionalism and building trust with potential customers.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet performance goals.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for the travel and vacation ownership industry.
Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, or timeshare sales is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality is advantageous.
