We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Wells Agency.About the role:Responsibility for handling renewal accounts and adjustments with customers directly.Secure new business from new enquiries and existing accounts.Working with Agents to support their larger account meetings.Write up of Post Call Reports and any adjustments and paperwork from client meetings.Provide effective day to day actions of:o Updating risk informationo Negotiating with insurers/underwriterso Liaising with Agents/Account ExecutivesProcess general customer enquiries, provide insurance quotations, policy alterations and introduce new/additional NFU Mutual insurance products and financial services.To secure renewal generating revenue and developing profitability of the business whilst ensuring Company Standards/FCA requirements are met or exceededEnsure quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products and the Wider Insurance Market, as applicable to product licenses.Occasional client visits in support of the Agents/Account Executive'sPerform other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team
