Customer Experience Associate
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in-person, by phone, and via email.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, assisting with the Perigold website, placing orders, and understanding product details.
Process orders, transactions, cancellations, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
Maintain store appearance, keep areas clean and organized, retrieve shopping carts, and facilitate in‑store pickup and carry‑outs.
Track shipments and collaborate with internal teams to resolve order‑related issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Provide comprehensive product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date on new releases, features, and specifications.
Resolve customer complaints by working with logistics, product, and other departments to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to Perigold’s policies and procedures, maintain accurate records using customer‑service tools, and effectively use technology systems.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, visual merchandising, and product teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in retail.
Experience interacting directly with customers and resolving issues while maintaining a positive experience.
Experience identifying and solving customer problems through collaboration with teams.
Effective time‑management skills, handling multiple inquiries, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses.
Skill in building customer relationships and resolving complaints.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay of $24.00 per hour plus substantial quarterly bonuses based on sales achieved.
