Internet Sales Lead

Your Responsibilities
- Support the sales pipeline by responding to online customer inquiries and providing standard information to support the sales process.
- Communicate promptly through approved channels (email, live chat, phone, 1-800 numbers).
- Maintain and update digital and community reference materials.
- Provide timely, accurate information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives to customers.
- Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic distribution of marketing materials and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings.
- Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs.
- Work assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Assist the Internet Sales Manager (ISM) with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Participate in key team meetings on behalf of the ISM, capturing notes and action items.
- Relay information for the Internet Sales Team and follow established protocols for routine inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing, distributing, and tracking reports, communications, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, preferably with telephone and real estate experience; prior lead or senior role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and support team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.
- Physical ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
