As we expand, we're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team on-site in St.Petersburg, Florida, and drive high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
About the role:
We're looking for a talented and performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing advertising budgets, improving campaign performance, and helping our clients achieve measurable business growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPL.
- Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and budget allocation.
- Develop and execute scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and media buying best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in English.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
