Job Title: Web Producer (Contract – Maternity Leave Backfill)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $50-54/hr

Work Schedule: Full-time with required flexibility for occasional evenings and Saturdays

Until October it is remote with once a month visits to the office. Then when the building is fully ready it will be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Producer to support ecommerce content operations for a high‑traffic DTC retail environment (Mattel Creations). This is a 6‑month maternity leave backfill role focused on executing site content updates, supporting product launches, and ensuring a seamless ecommerce experience across global markets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in Shopify, and comfortable managing both content execution and a small team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the day‑to‑day production lead for ecommerce content updates and product launches

Manage and support a small team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of site updates

Build and update content within Shopify and related CMS tools

Partner with ecommerce, marketing, product, and operations teams to execute site changes

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, UX guidelines, and site requirements

Oversee localization of ecommerce content for international markets

Manage workflows and project tracking in Monday.com

Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

Support occasional off‑hours work (evenings/Saturdays) as business needs require

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, DTC, or digital production roles

Strong hands‑on expertise with Shopify

Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools

Ability to write and edit basic HTML for content updates

Strong understanding of web layout, content structure, and brand standards

Experience supporting global or localized e‑commerce content is a plus

Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends

Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
