Role & responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of YouTube channels.

Develop and execute channel growth strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement.

Create and maintain content calendars in coordination with content, design, and production teams.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, thumbnails, and channel settings for maximum reach.

Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify content opportunities.

Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators to ensure timely content delivery.

Implement SEO best practices for YouTube content discoverability.

Manage community engagement through comments, polls, and community posts.

Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Drive monetization initiatives and improve channel revenue opportunities.
