Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities-we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team at Barefoot, a vibrant master-planned community in Firestone, Colorado.

With two signature lakes, gathering spaces, trails, and a growing resident population, the community is designed to bring people together and foster an exceptional quality of life.
In this role, you'll help support the operational success of the community by overseeing compliance initiatives, design review processes, community standards, stakeholder communications, and governance-related activities.
