Administrator, Partner Marketing - Norfolk

Represent the value-based care programs affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions. Build strong relationships with in-clinic stafffacility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistantsto facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts. Develop a strong understanding of the plans benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving better health outcomes for members. Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients. Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant mannerensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed. Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approach.
