Cape Girardeau Public Schools is currently seeking Site Staff workers for our Cub Club Program. Hours are Monday-Friday evenings;

3 hours per day as needed .

Cub Club Site Staff is responsible for the well-being of the children under their care. They must monitor the children during their shift to ensure that they interact with one another in a safe and appropriate manner.

Required Qualifications:
Attending high school with the expectation of a diploma or general education degree
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills; including the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work well under pressure.
