Electronic Banking Support Specialist

Job Duties

Responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and support of Electronic Banking products including, but not limited to, Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Banking/Deposit, Telephone Banking, Zelle and FedNow Services.
Minimum Education Required

High school diploma required.
Minimum Experience Required

Banking experience required. Ability to work individually with minimal face-to-face communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with very limited supervision. Superior written and verbal communications skills. Ability to deal diplomatically with customer complaints. Must be self-motivated. Must have a familiarity with Windows based software systems.
