ReactJS Developer

Deep expertise in React.js for modern SPA development, including hooks, context, component lifecycle, performance optimization, and state management patterns.
Strong hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit (RTK) including slices, middleware, store setup, and best practices for scalable state management.
Practical experience with RTK Query for data fetching/caching, request lifecycle handling, pagination, invalidation, and API integration patterns.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong proficiency in TypeScript, including typing React components/hooks, generics, and safe integration with APIs.
Experience building and maintaining Single Page Applications (SPA) and designing reusable component libraries/patterns.
Experience with Micro Frontend architectures (e.g., module federation or similar approaches), including integration strategies, shared dependencies, and deployment considerations.
Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, with experience building responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible web interfaces.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, handling client-side data flow, error handling, and authentication/authorization patterns as applicable.
Strong testing skills using Jest and React Testing Library (unit/integration/component testing, mocking, coverage, CI-friendly tests); familiarity with E2E testing approaches is a plus.
Working knowledge of AWS concepts relevant to front-end delivery (e.g., hosting/deployment, CDN, environment configuration, monitoring/logging integration), and collaborating effectively with cloud/DevOps teams.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP-aligned front-end considerations).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting, optimizing, and debugging complex UI applications across various browsers/devices; willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum environments and commitment to continuous learning and staying current with React and front-end ecosystem trends.
