Senior Writer, Health & Wellness
Flow Space, a health brand of SHE Media, is hiring a Senior Writer, Health & Wellness to join our editorial team. The role focuses on creating diverse content for midlife women, covering health science, longevity, beauty, fashion, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Pitch and write high‑quality articles across health, longevity, innovation, beauty, fashion, nutrition, and lifestyle categories.

Produce clean, expert copy on deadline, including deeply‑reported features, news hits, roundups, interview series, and special packages.

Collaborate with the social and video team to develop platform‑native story ideas and translate editorial content into engaging social and video formats.

Optimize content for SEO, social, syndication, and other referral sources; use traffic analytics to boost engagement and grow audience.

Source, identify, and interview experts, community voices, and compelling subjects for both articles and videos.

Represent Flow Space at live events, panels, and on‑camera appearances to promote the brand.

Stay current on health, wellness, and cultural trends affecting midlife women.

Experiment with emerging tools, including AI, to innovate content creation and workflows.

Experience in e‑commerce and affiliate content is a plus.

Qualifications

7–10 years of professional writing experience at an online health, wellness, or lifestyle brand.

Strong editorial judgment and ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accurate content for women.

Fluency in digital strategy, analytics, and SEO best practices.

Comfort generating social and video content ideas and understanding platform nuances.

Passion for women’s health and a solid network of industry contacts.

Compensation
Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience).
