Offer: Videographer and Content Producer (Full‑time, On‑site) at Alaska Gear Company, Anchorage, AK.

Key Responsibilities
Capture, produce, and edit high‑quality photo and video content for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and product initiatives.
Manage all production aspects: planning, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, color correction, and post‑production.
Create compelling product, lifestyle, and adventure‑focused content in studio and outdoor environments.
Manage content projects from concept through final delivery, handling files, media libraries, naming conventions, and asset archives.
Develop production plans, shot lists, creative briefs, schedules, and deliverable timelines; ensure timely completion while meeting brand and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Art Director, Graphic Designers, and Social Media team to develop concepts and campaigns.
Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual storytelling and provide creative input during campaign planning.
Operate and maintain professional photography, videography, lighting, audio, and drone equipment.
Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) and stay current on emerging content trends and social‑media best practices.
Execute content that aligns with brand guidelines and ensures a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
Travel as needed to capture content in remote locations and varying weather conditions; adapt to changing priorities and production challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field.
15–25 years of professional photography, videography, or content production experience.
Outdoor industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video production capabilities.
Experience leading and producing on‑location content shoots.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Experience with drone operation and aerial content creation is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable traveling and working in remote outdoor environments throughout Alaska.
