Ticket Strategy and Promotions, Day of Game Staff

This position entails assisting the Ticket Strategy and Promotions team with the execution of game day ticket initiatives and events. Game Day Staff play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of special events and ticket offers while providing outstanding customer service and support to fans throughout the game day experience. This role is responsible for the fan-facing aspects of Theme Nights, Cultural and Identity Celebrations, Ticket Specials, Gate Giveaways, and other promotional events. This includes, but is not limited to, event setup, redemption procedures, and overall event operations. The hourly rate for this role is $16.25 RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide fans through the redemption process and provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise.
